1. When and where is the wedding taking place?

August 2, 2025, at St. Luke’s Chapel (2:30 PM ceremony) in Charleston, SC. Reception follows at Pelican Watch Pavilion, Folly Beach (Drinks and hors d'oeuvres open at 4:00 PM).

2. What is the dress code?

Semi-formal or smart-casual is suited for Charleston’s hot weather. Please avoid white (so the bride can shine) and blue (as the wedding party will be in blue tones). Also, feel free to bring an extra pair of beach-friendly shoes for the reception by the beach.

3. Is there parking or transportation?

➛ Parking: Guests attending St. Luke’s can park at the nearby President Street and Ashley/Rutledge garages (limited parking passes available—just let us know). Pelican Watch Pavilion offers a parking lot; simply mention “Abbey & Argo’s Wedding!” at the gate to Folly Beach County Park to go in. ➛ Transportation: While guests are welcome to drive between the venues, we have also arranged for cozy, air-conditioned Mercedes Sprinter Shuttle(s) to transport guests from the chapel to the reception after the ceremony (Please indicate on your RSVP if you’ll need a seat, so we can reserve enough seats.)

4. Where can we stay?

Charleston offers plenty of comfortable hotels and charming Airbnb options. We’ve listed 3 discounted hotel rooms blocks for our wedding guests for the night of August 2–3 at nearby hotels. For details and booking links/codes, please visit the “Wedding Hotel Blocks” tab!

5. Can we bring children?

Absolutely! Just let us know ahead of time so we can make sure we have enough food and seats available for the kiddos!

6. What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know when you RSVP (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies) so we can ensure a delicious meal for everyone.

7. Do you have a gift registry?

Your presence is the greatest gift! If you’d like to celebrate us with a gift, we’re registered here on The Knot. Switch over to the "Registry" tab.

8. When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by June 30th, 2025, so we can finalize seating and catering counts. We encourage being an early bird! =]
